Bartender: Welcome—to the café.
Customer: Thanks? <scans the decor on the walls and the ceiling, and finds a stool>
Bartender: Here ya go. <slides a mug of steaming liquid across the bar, no coaster in sight>
Customer: But I didn’t order anything yet. What IS this?
Bartender: Don’t exactly know.
Customer: How can you not know what you’re serving? And how can you expect me to drink it?
Bartender: Actually, I just wanted to see whether you would.
Customer: And you think I’d even sip it?
Bartender: You just did more than that. Look at your cup. <the lone, tilted, empty mug rattles as it tattles.>
Customer: So, what was that stuff?
Bartender: You tell me.
Customer: I suppose it describes itself.
Bartender: Then I’ll go make more—so we can both keep going with this. Now, if you’ll excuse me.
Customer: Where are you going?
Bartender: To play ‘kick the can’. That spirit held more than powder and water, instead a bit of everything that went on before it. Got to go get more of that, to brew another pot.
Customer: Wait, I didn’t pay you.
Bartender: Bye, for now. Your money’s no good here. <a door swings open, then closes behind the Bartender.>

Whether we would, whether we would, whether we would, a flower from a bud, work is play, when you're a cub.
