Wow, that’s a good passage. It makes me recall where I was during those times—working on the very same *stuff* in Iraq and Saudi Arabia. There’s a lot to ponder here.
I also note that Judih’s been walking the walk for many decades.

One of the two elderly hostages released by Hamas a day or two ago has supposedly told CNN that the captives are being treated well, and that Judih is among them. I've been unable to find video confirmation of this, but have not sifted through all the available footage, much of which I have perused being air-filling chaff. I did hear her describe how the hostages' basic needs are being met, which by itself nurtures waning hope.

A bit more news is here: www.bbc.com/news/world-middle-east-67053011“Judith Weinstein Haggai, 70, and husband Gad, 73, were also missing from Nir Oz after the Hamas attack. Ten days later, the Israeli military confirmed to the family they had been taken hostage, CTV News in Canada reported.”

I hadn’t heard anything about a released hostage identifying Judih as being among the hostages! Wow! That is great news!! I did hear a lady say the hostages were being treated well which is also great news and I suppose, to be expected, since they are being used as bargaining chips. Israel needs to stop the insane bombing and release them all!! Every day I hope and pray!!

NPR carries the story that 12 of the hostages Hamas released today (11/24) are from kibbutz Nir Oz, where Judih was taken. I'm unaware if any have been identified. Let's hope she's among them. And if she isn't, that she's in the queue.
